    1. Free 30-Min Call
      We chat about scope, vibe, goals, and make sure we’re a good fit.

    2. Client Questionnaire
      You fill out my Brand & Identity Questionnaire so I can understand your audience, values, and long-term vision.

    3. Proposal, Contract & Deposit
      I send over a tailored proposal based on your responses. Once approved, a contract and 25% deposit secure your spot.

    4. Research & Structure
      I analyze your market, review competitors, and map out your site structure (sitemap, content flow, user goals).

    5. Design & Review
      We break work into 10-hour blocks with check-ins at the 5-hour mark. You’ll get design drafts weekly and we’ll refine together.

    6. Final Files, Assets & Documentation
      Once approved, I’ll send you all final deliverables—logos, design files, guidelines, and site assets—along with any documentation you need to move forward confidently.

    7. Optional Launch Support & Retainer Hours
      Need help with SEO, alt text, data entry, or Squarespace training? I’ve got you. I also offer ongoing retainer hours if you need continued design or strategy support post-launch.

  • My Rate: $100/hour

    Everything from design to strategy is included. Weekly invoices or per-milestone. Discounts for extended projects.

      • 3–5 page site → $1,200+
      • E-comm or blog site → $1,800+

    • Full UX Audit + Strategy → from $1,000

    • Complete UX/UI Build → $3,500–$5,000 est.
