Late winter and spring are the perfect time to refresh your photos. These mini photo sessions in Connecticut are ideal for couples, families, and individuals who want natural, high-quality film images without the time or commitment of a full photo session.
Whether you’re celebrating a relationship, updating family photos, marking a milestone, or just want something simple and beautiful, these sessions are designed to feel easy, relaxed, and low-pressure. They’re especially great for locals looking for affordable spring mini sessions with a more candid, documentary approach.
Sessions can take place at home, outdoors, or around your favorite local spots. From quiet, cozy moments or playful family interactions, to romantic couples portraits or natural solo photos, the focus is on capturing things as they happen. I work primarily observationally, stepping in only when needed with light prompts to help things flow naturally — never stiff or overly posed, so your photos feel organic, honest, timeless, and true to you.
Film + Digital Mini Session — $500
35mm or 120 medium format film
Sessions are about 30 minutes, with images delivered digitally.
Professional development + high-res scans
12 finalized images (combo of film and digital or all film)
3–4 week turnaround
Studio Option
If you would like a mini studio session, there is an additional fee to cover the studio or Peerspace rental. Reach out, and we can discuss options if you’re interested in doing something more creative! For creative ideas and spaces I’d love to photograph, scroll to see some ideas below! Discounts may apply depending on the space.
Available Dates
Typically available Mondays through Saturdays between 12 pm and 5 pm, but I am flexible working later hours. Fill out the form with your preferred date, time, location, and what you’re looking for!
Spring availability is limited, and mini sessions are booked on a rolling basis. If you’ve been thinking about updating your photos, now is a great time to reserve a spot.
Payment
I accept payment through Apple Pay, Cash, or Venmo.
A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date & time
The remaining 50% of the payment is due the day before the shoot
Add $300 to your session for 10 additional Polaroids that will be digitally scanned and sent back to you!
Travel & Location Options
I’m based in Connecticut, but I love photographing throughout New England and beyond. Mini sessions are primarily offered in Connecticut, but for select locations listed below, travel fees may be waived or discounted. If you’re hoping to plan a mini session in a place I’ve been wanting to photograph — or along a route I’m already traveling — feel free to reach out. I’m happy to explore options and availability. For locations outside of Connecticut, travel fees may apply depending on distance and timing.
Sessions within 30 miles of home base (mini session pricing) — no travel fee
Driving beyond 30 miles — $150 per additional hour of travel
Out-of-state or destination sessions — custom pricing

Sure Thing Chapel
Las Vegas, Nevada & New York City (Opening TBA)
A modern elopement chapel with three thoughtfully designed locations: the original chapel on Fremont Street, Sure Thing Too next door, and an upcoming Sure Thing Chapel NYC opening Spring 2026. Blending new-Vegas kitsch with vintage charm, the chapel elevates the classic Vegas elopement through soft natural light and curated retro furnishings. Lady Elvis and Hellvis are available to officiate! I’d also love to photograph sessions at any Las Vegas hotel, chapel, or unique venue!
TWA Hotel
TWA Hotel is a midcentury modern landmark at JFK International Airport. Built within the restored 1962 TWA Flight Center, the hotel offers a fully immersive Jet Age experience with runway-view rooms, a rooftop pool, museum exhibits, and iconic venues like the Connie Cocktail Lounge inside a vintage Lockheed Constellation airplane, making it a truly cinematic setting for film-forward weddings, elopements, and engagement sessions.
