Cassi & Mikey’s Wedding

Riverside Sportsman Club, East Providence, RI

September 26, 2026 | Ektacolor Pro 800 35mm & 120 Film

Cassidy & Michael had the cutest wedding at Riverside Sportsman Club in East Providence, Rhode Island. Cassi is my best friend Jordan’s cousin, whom I’ve known since she was an adorable little preteen. Getting to see her grow into this gorgeous woman blew me away, and it was such an honor to capture her special day!

A completely DIY event, Cassi and Mikey dressed up the venue in a way that fit their personalities perfectly. A handmade crescent moon photo booth, cute "'til death" matchboxes, playing-card-inspired notes to the couple, a heart-shaped cake, beautiful stained glass work by Jordan, and colorful wildflowers made it a perfectly whimsical day. The earthy yet celestial, woodland-witchy vibe, mixed with a little '70s kitsch and vintage New England charm, came together creating an unmatched vibe that was nothing short of magical for this creative couple.

The nor’easter created a monsoon-level day, which means all the good luck will be bestowed upon this adorable couple! Nothing went quite according to plan because of the weather, and yet, it was still absolutely perfect. I photographed their day on 35mm, 120 medium format film, and digital.

Being that I use my digital camera as a glorified light meter at this point, this page is a work in progress while their film is being developed! For now, these digital photographs are just a little preview of the vibe, with all the film magic still to come. All 19 rolls of film have been sent to Gelatin Labs, and I can’t wait to see how they came out! ♡

Usually I only take on weddings with under 50 guests, but this was a truly special occasion. Cassi & Mikey had over 100 people at their wedding, so my husband Michael was kind enough to help second shoot and carry a million film cameras for me! Michael is an incredible photographer, and I beg him to work with me all the time because his work is stunning! He was able to capture these incredible photos, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his incredible eye. View his photography below, and view more of his work on his portfolio!
